Unfortunately when using a Microsoft issued email with VACenterID, you may not receieve the verification email. This is due to Microsoft not supporting our emails. You will be presented with a warning when creating your account, but any previously created accounts, or accounts which have changed emails may experience this issue.

When signing up with an iCloud account, the verification email may not be sent. We have found through testing however, that if you request a verification email manually, it does send properly. We are investigating the cause of this issue.
If you believe that your VACenterID is affected by these issues, please either change the email, or contact VACenter support on discord.
